If you are here, you are probably serious about finding the perfect makeup artist for your wedding. You might also have lots of questions. Here’s a list of all the frequently asked questions by our couples.

What areas do you serve?

Our studio is located in Pomona, CA. But our team is available to travel wherever our clients need us. Additional travel fee may apply.

Do you offer destination wedding collections?

Yes we do! Each destination wedding is unique so it will require custom quote. Please contact us for more information.

How early in advance should I book your services?

We recommend booking as soon as possible. We prioritize each client’s experience with us, therefore we only accept a limited amount of service request every year, that way we can offer personalized services to each of our amazing clients. Our studio typically book about 8 to 12 months in advance.

Do you offer trials?

While we highly recommend having a trial done, it is up to each client if they would like to book one. We understand sometimes it’s not possible to schedule a trial, especially for our out of town clients. However, we will ask for specific examples on what you would like so we can have a good understanding of what to provide you with on the wedding day.

When should I schedule a trial?

We recommend 3-5 months before your wedding day.

How many artists do you offer?

We work with an amazing team of talented artists. Regardless of the size of your bridal party, we will have artists to make sure you look your best and on time for other festivities.

Which artist would I get on the day of my wedding?

The artist that does your trial will also be the one assigned to your wedding. Our popular artists do get booked early, so please inquire as soon as possible and schedule a trial with us.

How do I reserve your services?

Please fill out the contact form, and somebody from our team will get back to you within 24 hours. We generally require 50% retainer to hold your date & services.

How much time should I set aside for hair & makeup on my wedding day?

We recommend 3 hours for the bride, and 1.5 to 2 hours for bridal party or family.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 50% non-refundable retainer. You may cancel the service for any reason with a written notice to us.
